Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken 250 gm
  • Spaghetti 1/2 cup
  • Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Tomato 1 (finely sliced)
  • Capsicum 1(finely sliced)
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 tbs (chopped)
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chillies 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp(chopped)
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil spaghetti in water with a little oil.
  2. Cut chicken into long and thin pieces.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add garlic and then chicken pieces.
  4. Cook till they turn golden.
  5. Add tomato puree, oregano, black pepper, red chillies and salt, mix well.
  6. Add tomato and capsicum, cook for 2 minutes and then add vinegar and butter.
  7. Cook for another minute.
  8. Add spaghetti in the chicken and mix carefully.
  9. Take out in a dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

            • Oil 1 – 2 tbsp
            • For Chicken:
            • Chicken bone less 200 gm
            • Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
            • Black pepper ½ tsp
            • Oyster sauce 2 tsp
            • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
            • Green coriander ½ bunch
            • Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
            • Salt as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat pasta in boiling water, add oil and cook for 10 minutes till the pasta is fully cooked.
  2. Drain in a colander, run under cold water and finally grease the pasta with oil.
  3. For Chicken:
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Now add chopped garlic and the chicken pieces.
  6. Fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
  7. Then add salt, black pepper powder, and Oyster sauce and lemon juice.
  8. Mix well and cook the chicken till tendered.
  9. Add the pasta into the chicken mixture and further cook for 1 – 2 minutes.

3.cut green onion and beat egg in it.place white flour, egg, and bread crumbs in separate bowls.
4.roll marinated chicken in white flour then in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs.
5.heat the oil for 3 minutes in a pan and fry the chicken fingers in it until brown and serve it with salad and with juice.

PREPARATION

    1. Bring 4 cups water to a simmer with chicken broth in a 2- to 3-quart saucepan. Add chicken and simmer, uncovered, 6 minutes. Remove pan from heat and cover, then let stand until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Transfer chicken to a plate and cool 10 minutes. Chop into 1/2-inch pieces.
    2. While chicken is cooling, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, curry, lime juice, honey, ginger, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken, onion, mango, grapes, and cashews and stir gently to combine.
