Heat pasta in boiling water, add oil and cook for 10 minutes till the pasta is fully cooked.
Drain in a colander, run under cold water and finally grease the pasta with oil.
For Chicken:
Heat oil in a pan.
Now add chopped garlic and the chicken pieces.
Fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
Then add salt, black pepper powder, and Oyster sauce and lemon juice.
Mix well and cook the chicken till tendered.
Add the pasta into the chicken mixture and further cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
